This is a welcome to my organizational effectiveness model and provides a brief overview of the model. After this overview, the next few videos will be delving deeper into each component part of the model. I will be presenting the model components, the tools and instruments I used to implement the model. The videos will be around 15 minutes long. Each video will be jammed pack with information and resources I used to help both large and small organizations become more effective. I hope you enjoy these videos and that they will prove useful.
