Welcome to the E-Team!
Description
Watch the recording of the E-Team's first livestream event on October 6, 2024 at 12:00 PM Central Time (1:00 PM Eastern, 10:00 AM Pacific)! In this episode, we discussed the following:
- Who we are and a little about our channels
- Our inspiration for creating videos
- The most rewarding part of creating videos (and the challenges)
- Our experiences with e-ink notetaking and devices
- Some different display technologies
- Advice to those entering the e-ink space
- Most exciting and/or overrated technologies
And of course, we left time for questions. As many of you know, this is the “plan” and plans sometimes go awry. We managed to stay pretty much on task with some witty banter and tangents. Here are a few videos that were directly mentioned during the stream:

Who are the E-Team members? @jeffreymoss (Jeffrey Moss) @rantsabouttechnology (Roderick Wortham) @VladimirKostek (Vladimir Kostek) @Change-1820 (Ed Finn)How did this all get started?Well, that is easy, we share a passion for technology and have enjoyed watching the content on each other's channels. We began commenting, having conversations, and what evolved was a natural affinity. Then someone said (Jeffrey), "why don't we do a livestream?" Now, we are off to the races. What are you all going to talk about? The question is really: What aren't we going to talk about? We are technology enthusiasts who review different devices from e-ink to products and services that help to enhance our personal and professional lives. We come from a diverse set of backgrounds including the military, retail, healthcare, academic, financial services, and non-profit environments. We also have a varying array of hobbies including writing, reading, art, science fiction, and of course....TECHNOLOGY!Are more of these planned?Yes, we are planning to do at least four (4) sessions, one hosted on each channel. So, be on the lookout for upcoming announcements and let us know what you would like us to focus on in the comments. Our goal is to make this as fun and exciting as possible. We cannot do that without you. Supporting my Work
