Wet weather has returned to the Bay Area...with a Flash Flood Warning in effect for the Pickett Burn Area in Napa County until 5. Columbus Day or Indigenous People's Day? More than half of US states, including California, officially recognize the latter counter-celebration. The same weather system bringing rain to the Bay Area is bringing snow to Tahoe.
