This episode is the first of 3 that delve in to subconscious beliefs and how our brain responds to change and transformation.
I talk about the Reticular Activating system, what Limiting beliefs are, where they come from and how we can overcome them.
This week process what has been discussed and have a think about one particular goal you have in mind and write down everything that comes up as a limiting belief, ask yourself if this is true, find evidence to suggest that its not and dive a bit deeper in to where this may have come from.
