The reality is that as our children begin to reach adolescence, it's quite common that they'll begin to crave independence from their parents. They are discovering who they are, their interests and, of course, they will probably start moving away from their parents.  

But also, we have to consider an area in our lives that affects both the relationship and connection between you and your children.  

In this episode, I talk about this situation and I share a parenting hack you can use when your daughter or son begins to pull away from you so that you can improve the relationship.
