Authenticity seems like a buzzword, particularly in the wellness community, yet it sometimes seems impossible to actually find authentic people.  Our age of social media markets "connection", yet we are more disconnected than we have ever been.  Connection and authenticity go hand-in-hand.  How can we truly connect with other people without being authentic?
