I have started a 3 day water fast and learning so much from this so far and its only 3 hours. I am learning that I can overcome negativity and manifest and make stuff happen and learned its alot I need to heal. And that people and things and situations trigger me but I cant be quick to point blame I have to ask myself why I let something or someone trigger me. And this fear of failure we all get and that is human and natural. We arent born all knowing and all confident because our parents most times didnt have or know how to have confidence and faith to let alone pass it down to us. I am forgiving myself all those times I gave up and didnt complete my water fast and I just look and think to myself " But those other times failed" But its important to bounce back when you make mistake and really not let it hurt and hinder you. The purpose of this 3 day water fast is growth and weight loss. And if someone would told me I would be healing and getting through life and thriving I wouldnt believe them. You owe it to yourself to believe in yourself and your dreams and put your all and be disciplined and consistent and productive and really believe and have faith. And live like its your last day.
