"It should never be perceived as undercutting America's foreign policy when we're having the Israeli prime minister come to the United States. My thought is if it undercuts America's foreign policy to have the Israeli prime minister come address a joint session of Congress, then there's something wrong with America's foreign policy. There should be no daylight between our countries.”
