What do you say when someone tells you that they went for a 10 kilometre run after their car was broken into to decide if they should run a 160 kilometre race that had already started?  I am going to keep this in my back pocket when things get tough, kind of a ‘What would Nik Do or a WWND?’

I think that is the beauty of meeting someone like Nik, you get little snips of what makes an elite athlete tick and as much as they are elite, they are also human and have ways of seeing life and hurdles in a fascinating perspective.  He has laid the grounds for how he wants to approach his running and I know he if he applies it to his life, he will have a monumental one.
