As we arrive at the end of the year, it is a particularly reflective time. This is why I felt like sharing with you some lessons that this time has taught me. 

I won't lie...This year has been some of the most challenging years regarding my personal growth, career, health and relationship. But behind a transition or difficult times lie some important lessons of wisdom if we are ready to see those. 

In this episode, I have summarised some of them for you. 

Hopefully it will be insightful and remind you that you are not alone. We all go through ups and downs and I believe that sharing the lows brings us closer to one another.
