Sammy co-owns Joyce Sea & Soul in L.A. and is the Chef Lead of the Coalition for Sustainable Aquaculture, a partnership of environmental advocates, industry leaders, and award-winning chefs dedicated to growing sustainable aquaculture in the U.S. while benefiting people and communities and protecting the environment.
