In this episode I’m reading from Day 12 of the YouVersion Devotional Favor Matthew 15:18-19 Jesus is explaining it’s not what you put into your body that defiles you but what come from your heart. Some say that out of the heart the mouth speaks this means some are offended and hurt by the words we say especially if they come from a place in our heart that is not godly Jesus describes man sinful condition in the heart which is the soul of man as being wicked full of evil. In the latter part of today’s episode I discuss how we should draw closer to the Lord in order to be more like Him I believe God wants to shape us to be more like Him as we go through this life.
