Have you ever come across a video of Prime Minister Mark Carney online promoting a money making venture? It may look real, but it's almost certainly created by a scammer looking for money -- often in the form of cryptocurrency. And Canadians are losing tens of millions of dollars every year to crypto scams according to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
