I've always hated working for someone else. and to be honest I was a terrible employee.
I know this isn't the case for everyone, and if you love your job that's amazing, but it was always a massive driver for me to get out of my job and just work on my own business. I wanted to be self employed and just be doing my own thing and living my life on my terms.
But when I did finally leave my job and make my side hustle my full time gig....it didn't go exactly how I thought.
It actually took me a good two years to find my feet on my own and the learnings came thick and fast in that time.
In this episode I share everything I've learnt but, as always, I also share the big mistakes I made too.
