As a practitioner with a strong interest in mental health, and seventeen books on the subject on my bookshelf,  I have been researching topics around environmental contributors to anxiety and depression for several years. And I'm convinced that the synthetic chemicals we are exposed to in our every day lives are having a marked impact on our mental health, as well as out overall health.
