During the past many years, since 1998, I have been representing both buyers and sellers of Santa Clarita real estate. Of course, during that time I have ventured out often to other Southern California areas - as far as 6 hours away in the city of San Jose.
You can say I get around in a good way. There is no way that I would represent anyone where I could not wrap my mind around their current market.
That has to do with either a home buyer or seller. I will tell you that in the Santa Clarita Valley, I have my mind wrapped well. The same goes for Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
The real estate markets in the Santa Clarita Valley are moving fast. We have multiple offers from buyers within a few days, take the offers back to the Santa Clarita home sellers and get their input, then counter the offers accordingly. It maybe not countering all, but only a few, but counter we will in order to obtain the highest and best offers for our real estate sellers.
This mechanism works well and people do compete for our seller's real estate listings. Some to the tune of increasing their offer to 80-100k over listing price. Those buyers are also quick to remove their appraisal contingency.
That kind of real estate is known as "big league" ball. BE careful and make sure you have only the best advisor working for you. Call me when ready.
