Transition and self-discovery are the cornerstones of the college experience. Every day, we become a different version of ourselves. Most of us don't really think about it, but for some, it's all they can think about.

In this episode, we talk to current and former Duke students about their stories of change: going from being one thing to becoming something else. Two professors from the departments of Psychology and Neuroscience weigh how identity is shaped and shapes us.
