Who do you look up to or envy? Would you like to be like them? Maybe their life seems to be more intact than yours does. I’ll bet that you’re not far from living your own best life. You just need the right set of habits to start feeling like you’re in control again. These habits are eating and drinking enough water and food, getting enough rest, and resisting the temptation to find short term gratification (I.e. substance use, addictions, etc.). Have the honest conversation with yourself about what you’ve done wrong and really wish to do more of what you know is right. That’s a private conversation we all must have if we want to be better. There is no convincing other people you are okay. There’s only convincing yourself. Enjoy!
