How can you sell your home when you can’t go traditional routes?
This week we talk with Chris Iannotti, a member of Real Estate Misfits in Nashville, Tennessee, about his creative deal structures, seller financing, and subject-to-transactions deals. Chris covers the challenges of the retail market, the legality and viability of wholesaling, creative exit strategies for sellers, and advice for both newcomers and seasoned professionals in navigating the market using creative financing strategies.
About Chris Iannotti:
Chris started his real estate journey in 2003 in Chicago as an agent at Century 21. Rookie of the year for 2023 he started exploring the world of real estate investment and worked closely with banks and their clients fighting to avoid foreclosure. Chris ended up buying and flipping homes right before the 2008 housing crash.
In 2010, Chris took advantage of an opportunity to use his real estate and negotiating skills in the oil and gas pipeline business as a land acquisition agent and continued to flip properties as a hobby. Now making Nashville his home, he is busy networking and making connections using everything he has learned over the last two decades to serve his clients in a way that is anything other than traditional.
