Ive found better ways to lead in my life by the POWER of my voice.. (and not just its tone or sound frequency) but by the impact of the storytelling. just recently Ive been hearing in the back of my mind.. experiencing the power of your voice is one thing but have you explored just how impactful your silence can become.. The impact of our voice or the Impact of our spark of light is only supported or inhanced by the silence in the moment before.
