While Formula 1 may seem like an individual sport, it's actually very much about teamwork. Last week in the Hungarian GP, McLaren's strategy had everyone, including the drivers, questioning their decisions. With the team pleading with Lando Norris to toe the team line and give Oscar Piastri his maiden win, Norris eventually fell into line with the team decision, albeit rather begrudgingly.
