Why do we eat? It's a simple question with a lot of possible answers, at least in  my own life.  In this episode, I'll share the many reasons I eat, and how learning to eat for energy helped me to begin to develop a healthier relationship with food. I help myself and my clients undo the effects of the "diet" industry and step out of the emotional roller coaster that is our relationship with food.
