It’s always easier to give help rather than to ask for it.
This episode was triggered by a thoughtful Sunday afternoon conversation with my lovely friends. We spoke about why it’s so hard to ask for help and had deep insights about how our past experiences have unknowingly shaped our behaviors towards this basic need for humans to live as social beings.
