We decided to change it up a bit and review a non-smut book series.  With us both living in Michigan it was pretty cool to read a book based here and be able to understand the small town vibe with all the crazy weather seasons.  There is a love story so the romance isn't completely gone, but we mostly loved the relationships between the main character Bay and her cousins, Clove and Thistle.  Their moms are crazy and wild, the side characters keep the plot lines interesting, and there are laugh out loud moments often.  Give a try, you won't be disappointed.
