Will is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He holds an MS in Exercise Science and has had several years of professional experience in the strength and conditioning industry. Currently, he’s the head strength and conditioning coach at Spring-Ford HS in Royersford, Pennsylvania. Will is the first guest to appear on the MF Training Podcast, and I'm super happy to have him.
