Rapper Will Smith faces a lawsuit from violinist Brian King Joseph, alleging sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation. Joseph claims Smith engaged in predatory behavior and groomed him for exploitation during preparations for the Based on a True Story tour. The suit was filed on December 30th in Los Angeles Superior Court against Smith and his management company, Treyball Studios. Joseph reported the incident to hotel security, Smiths team, and police, but was allegedly shamed, fired, and suffered mental health issues as a result.
