Jared Carl joins the A-Ha Moment from NVIDIA where is the Global Enterprise Strategist for Dell Technologies. Here, he leads the engagements that helps to accelerate companies’ adoption of NVIDIA technologies with a primary focus on Artificial Intelligence with Deep and Machine Learning solutions. In this role, he gets to talk to both the sellers and customers, hearing firsthand the challenges and perspectives of adopting new technology while solving business problems. Previously, he worked at Dell where he focused on the University of Texas system that included the Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) where he helped design and build two major NSF projects: Stampede 2 and Frontera. Hailing originally from Dallas, he has made the Texas Triangle of living in Houston before making his (hopefully final) move to Austin in 2017.

He has a Masters degree in Military History from Norwich University and a Bachelors in Business/IT. When he isn’t up to his eyes in solving technology problems, he loves to travel, read (history naturally but also SciFi/Fantasy), relax with his family, drink a fine whiskey, and pretend he knows what he’s doing when fixing cars.
