Finding themselves in the new role of manor owners the adventurers eagerly explore their new residence only to find out that it is in disrepair. After receiving some rough estimates on repairs they visit House Phylund of which Xander and Theo are members. Their Uncle agrees to give them the funds they seek but the adventurers must first conquer the foreboding and mysterious Blue Alley!
