In this episode, we meet Yana. Yana was raised in an extremely abusive environment filled with sleepless nights, constantly changing group homes, eating disorders and multiple broken bones. A list of constant questions replayed in her mind that would never seem to be answered. Is this right? Is this real? Is it me? To break the cycle, she had to come to terms with her mother's mental state of mind, her own, and learn that none of it was her fault.
