World Peace Through Meditation
Description
In this episode, SRF monk Brother Satyananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how we can take simple yet powerful actions to foster peace.
Would you like to know how you can help establish peace in our world? Through the practice of meditation and prayer we can experience divine peace within and radiate it to the world. And as we cultivate greater calmness we can more readily act as peacemakers, even in situations of conflict — sharing the peace that permeates the soul with all.
This talk was given at the SRF Lake Shrine Temple in Pacific Palisades, California, in September 2023, and is being released this week in honor of the UN International Day of Peace (which falls each year on September 21).
