Today Marcia and Tracey chat with Callum Williamson about how he chose to take parental leave and his partner Lucy went back to work when their second child was born. He wrote a column with Stuff Taranaki about the challenges of being an at home parent and the loneliness and isolation. The pair also chat with Andrea Matthews, who changed jobs while parenting with two young children. Andrea shares her insights about the challenges of being a working mother.
