Description

Up into the Derbyshire Hills this week to check out the line up at Y Not festival and shine a spot light on FOUR of Jim Salveson's favourite artists playing this years stages.

Check the full line up for Y Not here but not before you've got the latest tunes and a bit of chat from this week's roster of new music greats!

Bayboards: A massive reputation for putting on a live show and with tunes to match, Bayboards are a MUST WATCH at this years festival.

Canned Pineapple: Quirky indie pop from Brighton band Canned Pineapple (is there a more perfectly named band for Freshly Squeezed?) as they chat to Jim about the bands new EP.

Somebody's Child: Not so much new (currently on album number 2) but still BRILLIANT if you aren't already on them. Think Gang of Youths meets Sam Fender with an Irish heart.

Sunbeam: How many bands can you name from Whitby? Well at least one, because that is where Sunbeam have planted their flag. Up beat, feel good, sing-along, festival ready tunes!!!
