You got a lot in common with the best runners in the world. You know that right? Because you should know that. In fact, you have way more in common than not. Don't believe me? That's fine. You once believed you couldn't do all sorts of things that you've since done. So, I'm used to it. I'm hoping that this episode goes a long way to remedying your disbelief. And if you can start to understand just how much you and the best runners in the world have in common you may just start to look at what you do in a new way... a way that affirms just how extraordinary it is to find and cross all those starting line sin our lives.
