Young Innovator Samyak Shrimali, Oregon (USA) designed an automated multi-module system, called Sanjeevani, which can be deployed in hospitals to track healthcare workers’ hand hygiene compliance to tackle the major problem of hospital-acquired infections. Has presented his innovation at national level scientific conferences and competitions like the Discovery Education 3M Young Scientist Challenge, where he was selected as a top 10 national finalist, and also presented at the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) representing Jesuit High School.
