Today...the unfortunate circumstance of divorce. This episode came as a result of the numerous emails, texts, DM's and friends I have in my life who ask "How do I best navigate this divorce with my kids?"

Here are the 2 thoughts/feedback I give every single time! They are important and as a therapist who has spent many sessions talking with children regarding their experiences as their parents divorce, there's a side to consider that might not be obvious at first glance!
