communication and expectation

Description
We don't always say what we want and clarify situations. This lack of communication can lead to disappointment as we usually have an expectation of things in our head of ourselves and others. And when it doesn't work out we get upset, angry or some other negative emotion. Why not just give being clear a go? Say what you want from your job, career, your life and the people around you? You never know, things might just get better :-)
