Today I met Anjana in Boston. Anjana did her counselor and practitioner trainings with Kerala Ayurveda Academy and we met few times during our clinical internships.

Anjana grew up with Ayurveda and ever since finishing her counselor training, she started to offer cooking classes, workshops and food & lifestyle conseltations in her community. We all have concerns before stepping into a new profession and I appreciate to hear the suggesions from Anjana and to hear her story.
