Brought to you from North Carolina... we’re being petty about eating RAW GREENS. Many of our ancestors derived good eats and nutrition from green veggies, cooked low and slow. So, why are people now eating raw greens? They are probably disconnected from culture and sacred foods, they’re just too busy, or they don’t know that you cannot derive the nutrients from these foods without cooking. We’re here to educate y’all. Please take time for yourself, and make this sacred food with us!
