In this episode, I’m taking on a big challenge for 2025: quitting the 'I Hate Men' mindset. Like many of us, I’ve found myself, not only falling into the 'all men are trash' narrative, but also adding to it in many ways —but this year, I’m rethinking how that perspective serves me (or doesn’t). It's extremely uncomfortable and challenging, but join me as I unpack where these feelings come from, why I’ve decided to shift my mindset, and how I’m challenging myself to approach relationships, conversations, and life with more balance and trust.
