LAURALEE “BLISSFUL” BLISS
Lauralee Bliss (trail name Blissful) is an avid adventurer, having hiked the entire Appalachian Trail twice from Georgia to Maine and from Maine to Georgia, one of only 25 women to accomplish this feat. Lauralee has also hiked numerous other trails including the Colorado Trail and the Florida Trail in 2018. She is a published author of twenty-five novels and novellas in both historical and contemporary with over 600,000 sold. Besides her love of hiking and writing a good book, Lauralee enjoys speaking about her hiking experiences, traveling to interesting places, and gardening. She makes her home in Virginia in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
