In this episode, I reflect on what mindsets and aspects I am having to unlearn and release in order to grow the development of my sexuality. In a world that seemingly did not want me to experience my most authentic, sexiest version of myself, what mindsets and perspectives and ideas have I held onto that need to go? On this journey of exploring my sexuality and trying to express myself more fully, I am noticing a lot of old beliefs I used to utilize that just no longer serve me! They gotta go if I wanna feel sexier!!! Listen up!!
