About guest Tess Wakasugi-Don - Principal, GLY Construction:

Tess started at GLY as an intern and worked her way up to a Principal and has been with the company for 20 years now. She is also the President Elect of NAIOP (a professional commercial real estate organization). She is on the board of Seattle Children’s Foundation as well as ACE (architecture, construction, engineering) Mentor Board. Tess was a Puget Sound Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.
