Rise & Shine!!! Today I am joined by my mama and ultimate Woo (Woo) Girl (HIMYM anyone??), Charla! I was back home at the Jersey Shore for my dad's 70th, so the ladies with the twin voices got on the mic!
We get into some drama that happened behind the scenes of Dee is for Drama. I said something on a previous episode that made my mama upset! :(
Charla shares some drama that happened when she bought her first yoga studio, and how the yoga community isn't as kind and accepting as you would think. We then break down a couple of stories of people who have different mindsets when it comes to Eastern/Western medicine and science vs spirituality. Enjoy!
