Let's go together to the Paniyiri, a folks festival that takes place once a year in every region of Greece. We all know when we have paniyiri in our region, it can be on May, August or October and it is unique in every place.
Paniyiri is the Greekest thing, so far it is an inside thing that flows like water in our hearts. It is an old tradition we found from our people and we need to keep it as it is as long as we leave and pass it to others.
