How does your urine smell? 

 In this video Kalyan sir explains how bad smell of urine tells about your disease. Unless there is a lack of water in your body, usually your urine does not have a strong odor. But there are some things due to which there is a strong foul smell in your urine. 

        Let us know in which situation what kind of foul smell is found in your urine. 

 1) Your diet Your diet also affects the smell of your urine. For example, if you drink more coffee or you use more Asparagus, then your urine may have a strong odor. 

 2) Consuming more vitamins Even if you are using more vitamins in medicine or food for some reason, your urine may still have a strong odor. Especially vitamin-B produces strong odor in urine. 

 3) UTI - That is, the bacteria caused due to urinary tract infection also causes a strong odor in your urine. 

 4) Kidney problem - If there is a problem with your kidneys, due to which more ammonia starts coming in your urine, due to this also it can have a strong odor.

  5) Diabetes - Even if you are diabetic, your urine has a strong foul odor.

 इस वीडियो में कल्याण सर बतलाते हैं कि कैसे पेशाब की दुर्गन्ध आपके बीमारी के बारे में बतलाता है।   जब तक आप के शरीर मे पानी कि कमी नहीं होती है, आमतौर पर ताब तक आपके पेसाब मे तेज गंध नहीं आता है। लेकिन   कुछ बातें हैं जिसके कारण आपके पेसाब मे तेज दुर्गंध हो जाता है ।  

         आइये जानते है कि कौन सी स्थिति मे कैसी दुर्गंध आपके मूत्र मे पाई जाती है।  

 1) आपके खान-पान  आपके  आहार भी आपके मूत्र के गंध को प्रभाबित करती हैं। जैसे कि आप अगर ज्यादा कॉफी पीते है या फिर आप सतावरी ( Asparagus ) का प्रयोग ज्यादा करते हैं तो आपके पेसाब मे तेज दुर्गंध आ सकती है ।  

 2) ज्यादा vitamins का सेवन करना  अगर आप किसी वजह से दवा या भोजन मे ज्यादा विटामिन्स का प्रयोग कर रहें हैं तब भी आपके मूत्र मे तेज दुर्गंध आ सकती है । खास कर विटामिन - B पेसाब मे तेज दुर्गंध पैदा करता है।  

 3) यू टी आई - यानि कि यूरिनरी ट्रैक इन्फ़ैकशन के कारण पैदा होने वाला बैक्टीरिया भी आपके मूत्र मे तेज दुर्गंध पैदा करता है ।

4) किडनी कि समस्या - अगर आपके किडनी मे कोई समस्या होती  है जिसके कारण आपके मूत्र मे अमोनिया ज्यादा आने लगता है इस वजह से भी यह तेज दुर्गंध कर सकता है।   5) मधुमेह - अगर आप डाइबेटिक हैं तब भी आपके मूत्र मे तेज दुर्गंध हो जाता है ।
