It is highly likely that you will be asked during the interview process the following question, “so tell me, how do you implement a new process?” And if you’re already a Chief of Staff, it’s likely you will be asked to implement a new process. On this episode of the podcast we first define “process” and “process orientation.” We then review the Business Process Maturity model and Hammer’s 7 principles of process management. And to wrap it up, we outline the high level steps to implement a new process.
