'Gregory Hedgepeth is the President and Editor-in-Chief of Substantial Magazine a minority publication that tells the stories of influential and affluent minorities in Eastern NC. He is also the owner of GLH Creations LLC a web development and graphic design firm that was started his junior year at East Carolina University. Not only is Greg Hedgepeth an inspiring entrepreneur he also works within the field of Marketing and Communication for the Division of Student Affairs at East Carolina University. Greg holds a BS in Economics, a graduate certification in Web Development/Web Marketing and is in his final semesters of a MS in Management and Leadership. As one of the youngest members to have completed the ECU Chancellors Leadership Academy, Greg knew early on the importance of strong leadership and the value in articulating your vision.
