Description
Western Storm with Multiple Impacts; Locally Heavy Rain in Southern Florida - A couple of strong Pacific storms will bring widespread lower elevation rain, heavy mountain snow, and gusty winds to the western states. Dry winds ahead of the front will produce Critical fire weather threats for the eastern Sierra-Nevada mountains, Central Great Basin, and portions of the Plains. Tropical moisture in southern Florida may produce flooding in advance of the approach of Eta.
