故事背景發設定在本傳故事開始的64年前，揭露本傳中的反派史諾總統的少年故事。

年僅18歲的少年史諾以導師的身分參與「飢餓遊戲」，
遇上了他的初戀貢品，來自12區的露西葛蕾❤
情竇初開的少年卻在這場遊戲，慢慢進化成了大魔王..
