補充前一集缺漏的部分，勞動法上的年齡有兩個重點：一、最低可工作年齡，保障童工；二、退休年限、年齡，為了讓僱主依法計算退休金和給予勞工適當的法定退休年齡。憲法上的年齡，公民投票權和總統參選年齡。選罷法的年齡，不同職務公職人員有所不同。
